To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Fire (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or the purchase and use of products sold. Our total liability in connection with any product will be limited to the purchase price of the product. Some products sold are flammable or is used to make a fire and should be used with due care! 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Website shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa. 

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. By continuing to use the Website after any changes, you accept the modified Terms. 

By placing an order on the Website, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraudulent activity. 

We accept payments via Pay Stack, such as credit cards, debit cards, EFT. All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR). 

Once your order is placed and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute a binding agreement but rather acknowledges that we have received your order. For delivery overseas, a custom shipping quote must be obtained, before order can be approved! 

All prices listed on the Website are in South African Rand (ZAR). We are not registered for VAT and cannot issue a Tax Invoice, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you, and you will have the option to either accept the revised price or cancel your order. 

We currently offer shipping to addresses within South Africa. 

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of the products. Estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout. We strive to process and dispatch orders within 2 business days. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of the products. Any applicable shipping fees will be added to your total at checkout.

All risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.

We do not accept returns, unless product is damaged. You may return a product within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain items, including but not limited to perishable goods and custom orders, may not be eligible for return.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
